pH test strips for measurement in largely colorless liquids and mashes (not suitable for dark mashes). For this purpose, the test strips are briefly immersed in the mash / liquid. Depending on the pH value, a reaction zone changes color. The pH value can be read by comparing the colors with the enclosed color scale in the packaging.
