1.Read all the instructions and familiarise yourself with all the ingredients and equipment. |

7.Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml lukewarm water (30ºC) in a sterilised glass. |

2.Wash and sterilise all the equipment, even if it is new. |
|
|
|
8.After 15 minutes add the yeast to the brewing bucket and mix thoroughly. |

|
|
3.Heat the tin in a 'bain Marie' for around 5 minutes to liquefy the contents. |

|
|
9.Allow to ferment at room temperature for 7-10 days. |
|
|
|
|
4.Pour the content in the Brewferm brewing bucket. |
|
|
|
10.Siphon over the beer into beer bottles or a beer pressure vat and add a little sugar for fermentation in the bottle. |
|
|
|
|
5.Add the correct amount of boiling water and sugar if desired. |
|
|
|
11.Undoubtedly the hardest part of home brewing : wait six to eight weeks. |
|
|
|
|
6.Mix everything together and allow to cool to 23ºC. |
|
|
|
12.Invite your friends for a party with your own home-brewed beer! |
